TWO ACCUSED FOUND GUILTY OF FRAUD

MPUMALANGA: Nhlanhla Mkhize (41) and Thabang Mlambo (39) were found guilty by Nelspruit Magistrate Court on 07 April 2017 for Fraud and fined R7 500 00 or 15 months imprisonment of which R500 00 or 10 months imprisonment is suspended for five years on condition that the accused are not convicted for theft during the period of suspension.
On 23 September 2016 the two accused presented cloned/counterfeit cards at Makro Nelspruit as means of payment for two laptops and they were arrested by the Hawks’ Serious Commercial Crime Investigation for fraud.
