ALLEGED DRUG DEALERS ARRESTED AND DRUGS SEIZED

GAUTENG – Two suspects aged 27 and 37 appeared in the Brakpan Magistrates Court for illegal dealing in drugs and possession of drugs today.
Hawks’ Serious Organised Crime Investigation in Germiston together with Crime Intelligence, Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) K9, and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) conducted a sting operation in the Brakpan area on Thursday, 19 August focusing on suspicious illegal dealings of drugs.
Upon arrival at a positively identified business premises in Brakpan, the investigation team pounced on two suspects, Wisdom Anuloso (37) and James Fred (27) with packaged dagga and drugs, glass smoking pipes, and a scale in their possession.
Police seized a kilogram of dagga, 2kilograms of suspected crystal meth and herion, the scale, electronic gadgets, smoking pipes and R10 000 in cash for further investigation.
During Anuloso and Fred’s court appearance, the court remanded them in custody for formal bail application and further investigation.
