WESTERN CAPE – The Hawks Narcotics Enforcement Bureau (SANEB) together with Crime Intelligence (CI) promptly reacted on information and uncovered yet another fully functional hydroponic dagga laboratory worth an estimated R 250 000 in Cape Town.
The joint team executed a search warrant at a home on Antique avenue, Capri Village, Noordhoek in the early hours of this morning. A large quantity of cannabis plants and processing equipment were found during the search and were seized for further investigation.
The 43 year-old occupant of the premises was arrested for cultivation of dagga. He will appear at Simonstown Magistrate Court on Thursday, 04 February 2021.
