FREE STATE – The Hawks’ Serious Organised Crime Investigation team in Bloemfontein is appealing to members of the community to assist in locating Boile William Tlou (40) who is also known as Senanabela.
It is believed that Tlou as per attached picture can assist the ongoing investigation into a case of murder that took place on the 05 December 2017 in Welkom where Thapelo Talla (37) was shot and killed. It alleged that the deceased succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds just outside the house of an associate following their meeting.
