Limpopo-The suspect who was arrested on Tuesday, 15 November 2016 by Hawks Anti-Corruption Unit members in connection with the leakage of matric exam paper in Limpopo has appeared in Giyani Magistrate Court today, 16 November 2016 facing theft, fraud and corruption charges.
Tinyiko Alphas Khosa (52) who is a resigned teacher and owns two colleges in Malamulele area was remanded in custody until the 23rd of November 2016 for formal bail application.
The suspect was arrested following an extensive and profound investigation after the leakage of the matric exam paper in the Province. We believe that more suspects will be arrested in connection with this case as the investigation progresses.
