The Inkatha Freedom Party is deeply saddened by the passing of a young soccer player, Cecil Lolo aged 27, who passed away in a car accident on Sunday in Cape Town.
IFP national spokesperson on Sport and Recreation, Petros Sithole, MP said, “South African football and the country had yet lost another soccer star. Lolo was young and had still more to offer on his football career. His untimely passing is a tragedy and we wish to offer our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to his bereaved family, friends and his football club, Ajax Cape Town.”
“We also pledge with the drivers out there to drive with caution to eliminate fatal accidents on our road”, concluded Hon Sithole.
