Cape Town. – Seated adult season ticket-holders will be able to watch enthralling cricket-action involving South Africa’s premier domestic team, the Nashua Cape Cobras, and the world’s number-1 test team, South Africa, at Newlands Cricket Ground for only R700 this season, with no charge for Sunfoil Series domestic matches at Newlands Cricket Ground and Boland Park.
The international action at Newlands will attract a vast domestic and international audience. One of the premier annual sporting highlights is the traditional New Year’s test at Newlands, from 2nd to 6th January, and South Africa will meet the West Indies.South Africa will also showcase their skills against the West Indies in a T20-International at Newlands in a day/night-clash on the 9th January. Bookings for the Castle Test and KFC T20 games in January 2015, will open on Monday, 13 October 2014.

The @NashuaLTD Cape Cobras, back-to-back-winners of the Momentum One-Day Cup competition, will host their first domestic 50-over game on the 19th October against the bizhub Highveld Lions at Boland Park in Paarl, while the Chevrolet Knights and the Cobras will be in action at Newlands on 22nd October, also in the domestic 50-over showpiece.
Season tickets are on sale already and being a season ticket holder ensures that you get the best seats in the stadium plus it offers some exciting advantages:
Adult season ticket-holders seated on the grass will pay R575.
Pension season ticket-holders (grass) can be purchased for R350, while
children (3 to 18, grass) season tickets will cost R350.
The Newlands 150 Exclusive Club membership can be purchased for R3500.

Season tickets will exclude tickets for the semi-finals and the finals.
The season ticket-holders will also be offered some attractive advantages, apart from attending domestic and international matches at Newlands during the course of frenetic summer cricket action.
Free with every comprehensive season ticket bought, holders will receive a white wide brim hat for adults (18 years and older), as well as a cap and flag for kids (3 to 18 years of age). They will also receive 25 % discount vouchers for general admission and season tickets at Ratanga Junction (terms and conditions apply).
Fans who don’t opt to purchase season tickets, will pay R56 daily for a grass seat and R85 daily for a seat in the stand in the test between South Africa and the West Indian Islands.
Spectators attending the T20-International at Newlands on the 9th January and are not season ticket-holders, will pay R180 for a seat on the grass embankment and R220 in the pavilion.
Adults or kids attending the Momentum One-Day Cup matches and RAM SLAM T20 Challenge clashes will pay R60 for a ticket in the stands. Adults can purchase a ticket on the grass embankment for R50. Kids will pay R30 for the same seat.
